The Throws Lab

A five-week in-person cycle with focused, small-group instruction to develop technique, rhythm, and understanding of the throw.

Throws-only membership. Strength classes at Propel Performance are not included.

$600paid in full · one five-week cycle

Payment choices

$600 paid in full or two payments of $315.

Installment total: $630 ($30 more than paying in full).

  • Five-week training cycle.
  • Three coached throws sessions per week: 15 scheduled throws sessions.
  • The first installment follows placement confirmation and is due before training.
  • The second installment is due at the start of Week 3.
  • No automatic renewal.

    Request enrollment

    Share the athlete’s event interests, experience, and general availability.

  2. 02

    Confirm placement with a coach

    A coach reviews group placement, available space, and scheduling with you.

  3. 03

    Complete the agreement and payment

    Only after placement and scheduling are confirmed will the agreement and payment be addressed.

  4. 04

    Receive welcome details

    Your training spot is confirmed once your agreement and initial payment are complete.
